According to the Palatina web site in Heidelberg, Pal.Lat.871 is from the 14th and 15th century, so it does not give any useful date. The same web site dates Pal.Lat. 1806 to the first third of the 15th century, which coincides very well both with the C-14 dating and with the professional analysis of the garments shown in the Voynich MS, that I mentioned in a post at the Ninja forum:
